Shipping & Returns

Extended holiday return policy: Please contact us by January 10th for any returns or exchanges. Please see below for more information.

ALL SALE ITEMS and EARRINGS are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Shipping 

Shipping rates are as follows:
  • $8 flat rate shipping for orders less than $50 
  • Free shipping for orders totaling $50 or more

 

All packages will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail or Priority within 2 business days of your order. You will receive an e-mail with tracking information once your order is processed. We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox/address and we are not responsible for lost packages.


Cancellations of Orders and Out of Stock Items
You may modify or cancel your order via telephone or email up to the time the order is shipped. If the order has been shipped you cannot cancel the order, but you may return it for a refund. You are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We may cancel your order if the item is sold out and no longer available. If this happens we will contact you via telephone or email. In the event of partial orders we will ship the items that are in stock and cancel the out of stock items from your order, sending an email confirmation.

Returns
We hope that you love your items, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a refund within 15 days of purchase. Credit will only be issued if merchandise is returned in its original condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed, odor/stain free and have all tags attached.

Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved then your credit card will be refunded, less any shipping charge. Please note that some banks may take 5-7 business days to process and post refunds to your bank account.

There are certain situations where refunds cannot be granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, or damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 15 days after date of purchase


Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Returns

To return your product you should mail it to: 900 S Greenwood Ave. Ste. B, Fort Smith, Arkansas 72901. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any lost returns.

In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.
